Service Terms

Sameday Repairs Inc provides residential appliance repair services in the Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow, and surrounding areas of Virginia. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and Payment

All repair quotes are provided upfront before work begins. You must approve the quoted price before we proceed. A diagnostic fee applies for all service calls. This fee is credited toward the repair cost if you choose to proceed with the repair.

Warranty

All repairs performed by Sameday Repairs Inc include a warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms are provided at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in parts we install and workmanship. It does not cover unrelated issues, misuse, or pre-existing conditions.

Scheduling

We offer same-day appointments Monday through Saturday, subject to availability. While we make every effort to meet scheduled appointment windows, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Limitation of Liability

Sameday Repairs Inc's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, property damage not directly caused by our work, or loss of use.
